Metalrage - News: Guns n' Roses bassist Tommy Stinson: new .

Tommy Stinson, founding member of the seminal Minneapolis-based rock group The Replacements and current bass player for Guns N' Roses and Soul Asylum, will free his 2nd solo effort, "One Man Mutiny", on his own Done To Death Music label on August 30.

"One Man Mutiny" is Stinson's most fully-realized effort to see in both production quality and craft of song.

Big Dogz is the new album by legendary Scottish outfit Nazareth. While the album's title leaves something to be desired - it is very bush-league - the medicine on the other hand is surprisingly good. Nazareth has never strayed too far from what they are - a game and hard-rocking bar band that have been known to have a memorable ballad or two.
